By participating in treatments with us, you consent to the use of photography for before and after images for insurance purposes and to support the delegate you are modelling for in building their treatment portfolio. Prior to the treatment, you will be asked to provide separate consent for any photography during the session.
To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Kindly complete the digital medical questionnaires, consent forms, and aftercare instructions that have been sent to you via email prior to your appointment.
For individuals under the age of 21, we kindly request photographic identification with proof of age. Please note that we do not administer treatments to anyone under the age of 18 years old.
Models interested in botulinum toxin treatments are required to undergo a face-to-face consultation with our nurse prescriber at least one week before the practical model day.
Rest assured that you are in expert hands during your treatment. Our training lead is highly skilled in the procedures they teach. The delegate you are modelling for is a healthcare professional bound by the code of conduct of their professional body. Throughout the treatment process, the trainer will provide close guidance and supervision to the delegate.
